Add Failsafe to Automated Valuations Floor Height and Floor Area Adjustment Rules

Default factors will be used within calculations when a Floor Height Adjustment and Floor Area Adjustment value does not exist in the database, or a null (0) value is returned.

Benefits:

Ensures that Floor Area and Floor Height values are included in calculating a valuation, giving a more precise coverage value.

Bug List

• Mixed Used Residential valuations with Retail Below will no longer produce a blue screen error.

• The valuation reporting exchange rate will be updated according to the exchange rate of the cost model object type.

• A typo was corrected in the fass_caculate_gfa_actions when exporting org files.

• On a valuation, Maps will refresh as intended after a polygon is drawn on the Map.
