Overview
Users can add a new Site to an element to create a link between the Site and the connected element (e.g., Valuation and a Site).
Create a New Site
In this example, we use the Creating a New Land Improvement Valuation to illustrate adding a new Site to an element. However, existing Sites can be added to elements throughout the system.
- From the Create a New Land Improvement screen, click the + Create New link.

- From the Create a New Site pop-up, add a Location file to the Site by dragging and dropping an image file (.png, .jpeg, or .gif) into the designated area on the Location File field or selecting an image file from the connected PC, or click the Click to add a web link to a file link to add a web link to the Site.

- Click the Edit icon to add an image title to the image file.

- Click the Delete icon to remove the image file from the Site.

- From the Confirmation pop-up, click the Yes button to remove the image from the Site.
- The Created By field will automatically populate the user that created the Site when the Create button is selected.
- The Created On field will automatically populate the date the Site was created.
- Click the Add Existing Project link to connect a Project to the Site.

- Enter a Site name in the Site Name field. The Site Name represents the Site throughout the system.

- Enter a brief description outlining the Site in the Description field.

- Enter the Site's address in the Location field and select the address from the Location dropdown menu to plot the Site's location on the interactive map.

- The user can adjust the Site location on the interactive map by clicking the Map Pin and dragging it in place.

- Click the Create button to create the Site and connect it to the corresponding element.
