Overview

Users can add an existing Site, Project, etc. to an element to create a link between the Site, Project, etc. and the connected element (e.g., Valuation and a Site). The process of adding an exiting Site is the same for adding any element within the system (e.g., Project, etc.). 

Add Existing Site

In this example, we use the Submitting a Building for Valuation to illustrate adding an existing Site to an element. However, existing Locations can be added to elements throughout the system.

1. Click the Add Existing link.

2. The Add Existing Location pop-up will appear.
3. (Optional) Enter a keyword in the Search field to narrow the search results.
4. Select the + Add link next to a Location.
