Overview

Users can vote on existing ideas on the Idea Portal to have their opinion count towards ideas they would like to see implemented within the Application.

Navigation 

1. From the Home screen, click the Help icon.

2. Select the Idea Portal link from the dropdown menu.

Voting for an Idea on the Idea Portal

1. From the Idea Portal Home screen, click on an Idea Card.

2. From the Idea Card, click on How important is this to you? option.
   • Not Important: This is an idea of little importance.
   • Nice-to-have: This idea would be useful to have.
   • Important: This idea would solve a major need.
   • Critical: This idea is a deal breaker. Without it, we would consider switching to another product.

3. The How important is this to you? section will expand, enter your idea and how your idea would help to improve the Application within the Textbox.

4. Click the Submit button.

If your company restricts certain websites within its network, ensure that the productboard.com domain has been granted access. Please refer to the Required Domains for Resolver Functionality and Network Access article for further information.
