Submitting a New Idea Using the Idea Portal

Overview

The Idea Portal is embedded in-app and allows our customers to submit feedback and vote on ideas to help improve our product. The Idea Portal provides Administrators with easy access to planned features and improvements. 


Navigation

  1. From the Home screen, click the Help icon.

  1. Select the Idea Portal link from the dropdown menu.

Submitting a New Idea

  1. The Idea Portal Home screen shows scheduled features and improvements grouped into themes.

  1. Click the Add icon on the bottom left of the screen to submit a new idea.

  1. From the Submit New Idea screen, enter your idea and how your idea would help to improve the Application within the Textbox.

  1. Select an option under How Important is this to you?
    • Not Important: This is an idea of little importance.
    • Nice-to-have: This idea would be useful to have.
    • Important: This idea would solve a major need.
    • Critical: This idea is a deal breaker. Without it, we would consider switching to another product.

  1. Click the Submit button to submit your idea for review. Our Product team will review Your Idea Portal submissions before we post prevalent needs and themes as live cards on the site. To best reflect the customer problems our software is solving, your ideas may be merged with others or edited for clarity and conciseness.
