A - Yes, we offer onboarding and training. You will nominate an Administrators who can configure elements within the Property Insurance Valuation Platform App.
Q - Can we delete duplicate clients and properties within the system?
A - Yes, you can delete objects from your database.
Q - Is there a warning if we try adding a client already in the system?
A - No, the client you are trying to add will be added but will have a different Unique ID. So, if you search for that client name, you will get two records but with different IDs. You can use the Global Search functionality to search for a client's name before adding them to the system.
Q - Can we set up rules for data entry?
A - Yes, you can set up rules to control the flow of data entry and forms.
