Overview
The Details tab allows Users to view a Group's summary, a summarized view of the Group and its connected Regions. The user can also view a Relationship Graph depicting elements connected to the Group, Historical Records outlining changes made to the Group, and Communications related to the Group.

Navigation
- From the Home screen, click the Navigation Menu and select Valuations from the dropdown menu.

Viewing a Group Summary
- From the Details tab the following information is available in the Details section:

Details Section
- Logo: Click the logo to open the Edit Image Field screen, allowing a user to Edit, Delete, or Replace the Logo image.
- Group Name: Enter a name for the Group. The Group Name will be used throughout the system to identify and search for the Group.
- Website: Enter a website associated with the Group.
- Description: Enter a brief description outlining the Group by adding further details. The Group Description can also identify the Group within the system.
- Location: Enter the Group's address (city) in the Location field and select an address from the dropdown menu. The location selected will also be reflected on the Map below the Location field. A user can manually adjust the Location Pin on the map for a more accurate Location.
- The following Group information is available in the Summary section:

Summary Section
- % Insured Gap: The % Insured Gap field displays the Building Valuation Adequacy Results:
- Low Risk: Low Risk indicates a less than 10% gap between the Client's Declared Value and the Replacement Cost Value.
- Med Risk: Medium Risk indicates a 10% to 25% gap between the Client's Declared Value and the Replacement Cost Value.
- High Risk: High Risk indicates more than a 25% gap between the Client's Declared Value and the Replacement Cost Value.
- Over Insured: Over Insured indicates the Client Declared Value exceeds the Replacement Cost Value.
- Total Client Declared Value - Buildings: The Total Client Declared Value - Buildings is the Building replacement cost (if a rebuild is required), declared by the client, for all Buildings attached to the Group.
- Total Replacement Cost Amount - Buildings: The Total Replacement Cost Amount - Buildings field is the Building replacement cost (if a rebuild is required) for all Building attached to the Group.
- Inclusions: The following elements are included in the Total Replacement Cost calculation, buildings, structures, civil work, foundation type, piling, building services, soft cost fees for rebuilding, debris removal, and demolition expense.
- Exclusions: The following elements are excluded from the Total Replacement Cost calculation, costs of general site preparation, land improvements, land values, replacements due to building codes, interests, financial charges, change in replacement concept, process design or redesign, Value Added Tax (VAT), contamination clean-up, allowances for cost increases.
- Amount Over/Under Insured: The Amount Over/Under Insured field will display the amount the Building is over or underinsured.
- Number of Regions: The Number of Regions field lists the Regions connected to the Group.
- Number of Accounts: The Number of Accounts field lists the Accounts connected to the Group.
- Number of Projects: The Number of Projects field lists the Projects connected to the Group.
- Number of Locations: The Number of Locations field lists the Locations connected to the Group.
- Number of Properties: The Number of Properties field lists the Buildings connected to the Group.
- Number of Valuations: The Number of Valuations field lists the Valuations connected to the Group.
- The following Region information is available in the Regions section:

Regions Section
- Region Name: The Region Name. The Region Name will be used throughout the system to identify and search for the Region.
- Workflow State: The Region's current Workflow State.
- % Insured Gap: The % Insured Gap field displays the Building Valuation Adequacy Results:
- Low Risk: Low Risk indicates a less than 10% gap between the Client's Declared Value and the Replacement Cost Value.
- Med Risk: Medium Risk indicates a 10% to 25% gap between the Client's Declared Value and the Replacement Cost Value.
- High Risk: High Risk indicates more than a 25% gap between the Client's Declared Value and the Replacement Cost Value.
- Over Insured: Over Insured indicates the Client Declared Value exceeds the Replacement Cost Value.
- Total Client Declared Value - Buildings: The Total Client Declared Value - Buildings is the Building replacement cost (if a rebuild is required), declared by the client, for all Buildings attached to the Region connected to the Group.
- Total Replacement Cost Amount - Buildings: The Total Replacement Cost Amount - Buildings field is the Building replacement cost (if a rebuild is required) for all Building attached to the Region connected to the Group.
- Number of Properties: The Number of Properties field lists the Buildings attached to the Region connected to the Group.
- Number of Valuations: The Number of Valuations field lists the Valuations attached to the Region connected to the Group.
- Add Existing Region: Click the Add Existing Region link to add the Region to a Group creating a relationship between the two elements.
- Create New: Click the Create New link to create a new Region to the system to attach to the Group.
- (Optional) Click the Relationship Graph tab to view a Relationship Graph depicting all the elements connected to the Group.

- Click a Level radio button to display elements on the different relationship levels.
- Level 1: The Level 1 radio button includes Groups and Regions.
- Level 2: The Level 2 radio button includes Groups, Regions, and Accounts.
- Level 3: The Level 3 radio button includes Groups, Regions, Accounts, and Projects.

Relationship Graph
- (Optional) Click the History tab to view the Group's historical records list.

- A historical record with a timestamp and username is created in the system every time a change is made to the Group.

Communications Tab
- The Communications tab displays the Group's communications (emails, messages, etc.), including timestamp and username.
