Overview

A User can cancel a Building Valuation submitted for Expert Valuations review.

• Submitting a Building for Expert Valuation

Navigation

1. From the Home screen, click the Navigation Menu and select Valuations from the dropdown menu.

2.  From the Get Valuations screen, click the Flagged For Review link.

3. From the Flagged For Review screen, click a Building Name on the Building Flagged for Review section on a Building Valuation tagged as Send for Expert Review.

Cancelling a Building Valuation Sent for Export Review

1. From the Building Valuation screen, click Sent For Export Valuation.

2. From the Sent For Export Valuation dropdown menu, click the Cancel Your Request For Export Valuation link.

3. The screen will refresh, loading the Flagged For Review screen, a system notification will appear at the top of the screen indicating that the Transition was successful, moving the Building Valuation to Ready For Valuation.

4. The Building Valuation will no longer appear in the Building Flagged For Review section. Instead, it is now accessible from the Ready For Valuation section.
