Overview
A User can Delete a Building when it is in multiple states (Automated Valuation Complete, Ready for Valuation, Flagged for Review, and Expert Valuation Complete). Deleting a Building Valuation will remove the Valuation record from the system.
We will Delete a Building in the Ready for Valuation state for this illustration. The instructions will be similar to deleting Building of all types.

Navigation
- From the Home screen, click the Navigation Menu and select Valuations from the dropdown menu.

- From the Get Valuations screen, click a Building Name link on the Ready for Valuation section.

Deleting a Building Valuation
- From the Submit Building for Valuation screen, click the More Options icon.

- Select the Delete link from the dropdown menu.

- The Delete Request screen will appear, listing the system impact if the Building Valuation is deleted.

- Before deleting the Building Valuation from the system, review and understand the system impact statement on the Delete Request screen.
- Click the Delete button to remove the Building Valuation from the system.
