Archiving a Building

Overview

A User can Archive a Building Valuation in multiple states (Automated Valuation Complete, Flagged for Review, and Expert Valuation Complete). Archived Building Valuations can be accessed, analyzed, and included or excluded from reports, forms, and global search results.

We will archive a Building Valuation in the Automated Valuation Complete state for this illustration. The instructions will be similar to archiving Building Valuations in other states.

Navigation

  1. From the Home screen, click the Navigation Menu and select Valuations from the dropdown menu.

  1. From the Get Valuations screen, click a Building Name link on the Ready for Valuation section.

Archiving a Building Valuation

  1. From the Details tab, click Automated Valuation Complete.

  1. Select the Archive link from the dropdown menu.

  1. The screen will refresh, loading the Get Valuation screen. A system notification will appear at the top of the screen indicating that the Transition was successful, moving the Building Valuation to Archived

Delete Request Screen

  1. The Building Valuation will no longer appear in the Automated Valuation Complete section.
