Overview
An Expert Valuation is a Building Valuation submitted to an expert for review. Buildings with an Occupancy type of Other building, Not specified, historic buildings, buildings with over 15 floors, more than 15 average floor heights, and more than 50 million dollars in value (local currency) should be submitted to an Expert Valuations. If you send buildings with these specifications to automated valuations, they will be flagged for review automatically.

Navigation
- From the Home screen, click the Navigation Menu and select Valuations from the dropdown menu.

- (Optional) From the Get Valuations screen, click the + Submit Building For Valuation button to create a new Building to submit for an Expert Valuation.

- (Optional) Click a Building Name on the Ready for Valuation section.

Submitting a Building for Expert Valuation
- From the Submitting Building for Valuation screen, click Ready For Valuation.
Ready For Valuation
- From the Ready For Valuation dropdown menu, click Send For Expert Valuation.
Send For Expert Valuation
- The screen will refresh, loading the Submitting Building for Valuation screen. A system notification will appear at the top of the screen indicating that the Transition was successful, moving the Building Valuation to Send for Expert Valuation.
Transition Successful
- The Building Valuation will no longer appear in the Ready for Valuation section. Instead, it is now accessible from the Flagged For Review screen.
