Overview
An Expert Valuation is a Building Valuation submitted to an expert for review. A Completed Building Valuation can also be sent for review.

Navigation
- From the Home screen, click the Navigation Menu and select Valuations from the dropdown menu.

- Click a Building Name in the Automated Valuation Complete section.

Submitting a Completed Building Valuation for Review
- From the Submitting Building for Valuation screen, click Automated Valuation Complete.
Automated Valuation Complete
- From the Automated Valuation Complete dropdown menu, click Flag For Review.
Flag for Review
- The screen will refresh, loading the Get Valuation screen. A system notification will appear at the top of the screen indicating that the Transition was successful, moving the Building Valuation to Flag For Review.
Transition Successful
- The Building Valuation will no longer appear in the Automated Valuation Complete section. Instead, it is now accessible from the Flagged For Review screen.
